Abstract

The reality is that many PAUD teachers who do not have the qualification of teacher education discipline are only armed with a high school diploma, and a background of SM / TPI caregivers. In fact, the requirements to become a teacher, must have a teacher professional education qualification set by the Education Office. PAUD teachers who do not have pedagogical competence in the end in the teaching process are often less creative in using learning media, have not mastered the curriculum well. This study uses literature research to see the pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers in managing the development of students. The motoric development and creativity of students have not been able to develop properly because of the learning patterns and styles of early childhood teachers who are often authoritarian and less friendly to children. PAUD teachers often use language that children do not understand. Conversely, in instilling non-academic abilities, teachers are less able to develop children's social psychological development. The development of social psychology of children with social intelligence is lacking in children. It can be seen from many children that they do not appear confident, are still gloomy and less cheerful with friends, social relations with friends are still lacking. It is hoped that PAUD teachers in the future must have a professional teacher education qualification so that they can manage education properly.
